Payment Online
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. All transactions will be processed in GBP Sterling. We use Sagepay as our Payment Service Provider (PSP). They act as a secure link between us and your bank and obtain payment authorisation for us.
Select the Credit/Debit Card payment option when you complete the order form. You will be transferred to Sagepay's secure payment server to complete your payment details. To process your order, you will need to provide the 3-digit security code on the back of your card and an issue number for Switch and Solo cards.
Payment By Phone
If you prefer, you can order by telephone. Please call 0121 643 1302 Mon to Sat 10am - 5pm (from outside UK +44 121 643 1302) and a customer service representative will take your order. Once you have placed your order, regardless of whether it is by phone or via the Bratz.co.uk web site, confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
UK Shipment
Royal Mail Special Delivery service will be used to make deliveries within the UK at a flat rate cost of £5.00. If you order £150 or more from our online store, postage is free! A signature will be required and goods will only be posted to the registered credit cardholder’s address. Royal Mail aim to deliver by the next working day from the day of dispatch.
Goods ordered via the Bratz.co.uk web site should arrive in 7-14 days.
Overseas Shipment
Where such orders are accepted, deliveries outside the UK are made by Royal Mail International and a signature is required for their receipt. A flat rate cost of £12.00 is charged for Europe and £18.00 for the USA and the Middle East. Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays.
Please note orders placed from outside of the European Union may be subject to local tax imports, set by their countries customs office. These are out of Bratz control and may incur delays and charges. The purchaser is soley responsible for any taxes incurred.
Our Returns Policy
Items purchased on the Bratz.co.uk web site can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy provided that you have first notified us by e-mail at info@bratz.co.uk or telephone on 0121 643 1302 (from outside UK +44 121 643 1302). Please quote your Order Number and call within 14 days of the purchase. The goods must be returned in a re-sellable condition, which is at our discretion, with any swing tickets still attached.
Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty. In addition to this refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days. Returning an item does not affect your statutory rights. For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Bratz Site Security
The checkout process of the Bratz.co.uk web site is managed by Sagepay and is a secure site. We fully recognise the importance of security regarding the credit card information you send us over the Internet. Our web server uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information including debit or credit card numbers, names and addresses. The encryption process converts the characters that you enter into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet.
